As the Leader of the Lanette Headley Home Group, Lanette is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Green Home Designation.

Her professional career includes many years in banking and lending. She chose to make a change in her career and became a Realtor in 1992. Since obtaining her Real Estate license, Lanette has assisted thousands of home buyers and sellers, as well as investors in Yakima, achieve their goals. In addition, she has worked with many local businesses to aid their new employees with relocation to the Yakima Valley.

She grew up in Yakima and married her husband, Doug 37 years ago, and raised two beautiful daughters, Tasha and Tiffany. She is now the proud grandmother of Zuri, Tenley, and Evelyn who brings the entire family joy. “I know firsthand what a great community Yakima is to raise families,” says Lanette.

Giving back to the community is an important part of Lanette’s personal life. Lanette has served on the board of the Yakima Chamber, lead the committee for Leadership Yakima Executive Board and the Awards Committee. Additionally, she served as President of the Central Washington Women’s Counsel of Realtors, and as a member of the Yakima Business Network.
