“Lanette and Corie are a wonderful team, we were searching for almost a year to find the perfect home. We looked and searched and tried, their guidance is unrivaled in looking at a home. We found houses to offer on and Lanette would make sure we felt no pressure to jump on a deal, she stopped and asked on one home in particular if we really felt this is what we looked for, and the answer was no. Corie is very responsive and we found a for sale by owner home, asked the team to contact the owners and they were able to make us a wonderful deal. Over the past several months, we had to coordinate with the county and the health department while using a power of attorney on behalf of the family member selling the property.
